Teaching with Heart —— Doing Real Education
Since I participated in the reading of the book "Mood in Daily Teaching", it has had a great influence on me. Every chapter I read made me feel deeply and gained a lot. Especially the team that participated in reading and sharing felt deeply, and also felt the passion under the influence of the teacher. Everyone actively helps each other, encourages each other and helps each other. It also allows me to learn from excellent teachers all over the country without leaving home, making up for the regret of "education walking" under the two circles.

My deepest experience from this book is that education should be education with temperature. As teachers who are in direct contact with students, they should pay more attention to the individual uniqueness of students. Teachers should be resourceful and sensitive in education, treat individual students individually, enter the educational situation at that time and really care about children's ideas.

In fact, the double reduction of national education from quality education to the present is for students' physical and mental health, to cultivate a sound personality with their own personality, and to cultivate socialist talents with all-round development in morality, intelligence, physique, beauty and labor, rather than high scores and low abilities cultivated by exam-oriented education. Children have also become tools for learning, and will be "tools" for work in the future, or they can't learn to use them. In the future, there are many jobs that are inconsistent with their own studies, and diplomas are inconsistent with their studies.

The current education is to let children study better, return to the essence of learning, and provide children with appropriate and moderate learning opportunities. Under the "double reduction", the purpose of education is to cultivate children's autonomous learning ability, cultivate children's self-discipline ability, let children learn time management, master more learning methods and skills, give play to children's interests, hobbies and advantages, and let children grow up healthily and happily.

Therefore, what kind of mentality and educational methods we have as teachers are particularly important. Teacher Zhang's "emotional daily teaching" provides us with a good method.

Today, I will share some of my feelings with you.

First, open classes should be true.

Teacher Zhang said: When attending an open class, especially an interested open class, we can't get rid of the fear of preparing lessons and taking classes with teachers, which is the fatal deficiency of the open class. ...

Originally, the master of the class should be students, but many open classes have completely become teachers and protagonists: male (female) No.1, students have become supporting actors and even extras, they cooperate with teachers all the time, and even rehearse some questions in advance. Many open classes have "trial lectures". The higher the level, the more opportunities there are for trial lectures. For example, municipal open classes have to go through "guidance" at the school level and "guidance" at the county level. ...

There should be a teacher's unique pursuit of freedom in the classroom. Our usual viewpoints and teaching ideas are still truly displayed, and being appreciated by others will definitely shake one of the purposes of our open class teaching.

Second, let students get happiness from the classroom.

The book says: a classroom full of joy is not necessarily a good classroom, and a classroom without joy must be a boring classroom. Classroom activities designed by teachers are more important. The gains that activities bring to children far exceed the little knowledge that you teach dully. The happiness that students get from classroom activities may be remembered for a lifetime.

We always ask students to listen carefully and speak actively, but it often backfires. There are always a few speakers in class, and those who don't speak for a long time are often absent-minded, as if the teacher's lecture has nothing to do with him, just like the example given in the book: the teacher asks students to play various roles and tell them their own characteristics and the characteristics of the things they play this season; The classroom atmosphere is so active ... that even students who slip away will be attracted.

The form of group cooperation can also arouse the enthusiasm of students. When I was teaching the science class "Washing Clothes", I asked the students to discuss in groups how to wash clothes and what to use. The students had a heated discussion, and the results were varied: no washing, no washing machine, laundry detergent, detergent, and 84 ... After hearing 84, some students still smiled: Isn't that disinfectant? The students who used it solemnly said that white clothes are yellow and can be washed with 84. I also explained that 84 does have bleaching effect. ...

Not only in teaching, teachers can often create some happy atmosphere: once I asked two students to recite, I saw that they were struggling to recite, and one person could recite it, but it didn't take long, so I said that you two took 10 steps. As a result, both of them walked faster than me and complained that the other one walked too much ... It was originally labor, but it produced the effect of a game.

Third, don't push students to the edge.

When we look at a child, we should not only evaluate and treat him from the perspective of learning, but also respect him from the height of life equality. We should take part of the responsibility for a student's poor academic performance, but if he is pushed to the edge, we should take full responsibility.

When I was teaching in a mountain school, one student was counted as a non-registered student, but one morning I went to their dormitory and saw him making someone else's bed. I asked him why he didn't clean it himself. He said: he is in the first grade (there are few students in school, so six grades live with the first grade), he can't fold it himself, and he helps to tidy it up every day ... and he usually loves his work and is caring.

On that occasion, I played a game of catching chickens with my students. Because those students didn't like to move around in sports classes, I made an eagle and ran very fast on purpose. As a result, they were "forced" to move. Therefore, on the one hand, we should actively guide students to study and activities, and don't push students to the edge.

Teaching with your heart-doing real education and living your true self will not only benefit students, but also experience a happy and happy educational atmosphere.
