The happiest thing in the world is to fight for the ideal.
-Socrates
Education is the soul of national development, and the development of education depends on teachers. Teachers' educational ideals are closely related to the future of students, schools and the country. When I was about to enter the teaching profession, I pondered: What is my educational ideal? I summed up my educational ideal in five words, that is: educate with your heart. I think that with ideals, there is a direction for struggle. Ideal, like a lamp, illuminates the front and leads me forward. I believe that all your dreams will come true as long as you are ambitious.
Yongxin education
As the saying goes: As long as you are serious, the pestle grinds into Marco. No matter what you do, as long as you work hard, there is no one who can't do well, and there is nothing that can't be done well. The same is true of education. To do a good job in education, we must be careful, because education is an exchange of emotions, a collision of thoughts, a feeling of the soul and a dialogue of life, which requires educators to be wholeheartedly. Jaspers said: "Education is the education of human soul, not the accumulation of rational knowledge." Education is not only the exchange and exploration of knowledge, but also a great project to enlighten the soul. The success of this project depends on our teachers, which requires our teachers to love education, be diligent, conscientious and strive for perfection, so as to educate the soul.
Education with heart must be dedicated and dedicated.
Since ancient times, dedication has been regarded as a virtue. Confucius called it "deacon respect" and Zhu explained it as "dedication". I think dedication is the love and pursuit of the industry, the most basic professional ethics, the lofty spirit of being responsible for work, the sense of ownership of being responsible for oneself, and the foundation of a person's career success. Someone once said: if you choose a high mountain, you choose a bumpy road; If you choose peace, you choose loneliness; If you choose success, you choose struggle; If you choose the distance, you choose the hardship. As an educator, if you choose the profession of teacher, you should be prepared to burn yourself, take on the commitment and responsibility to society, the future and the country, and love your career as much as you love life. Loving one's post and being dedicated to one's work is the most basic morality of being a people's teacher.
Comrade Lei Feng said: "Human life is limited, but serving the people is infinite. I will devote my limited life to serving the people indefinitely. " I think being a teacher should be the same, and devote my limited life to serving students infinitely. Dedicating yourself is not to let you work endlessly, but to cherish yourself and pursue a higher level of education. Teacher Li Zhenxi said: "Love and dedication are bound to the quality and meaning of life of teachers." If you just pay blindly, there will always be "silk exhaustion" and "tears begin to dry" when the wax torch turns to ashes. Then what will you give? Some people say: "The moon shines her light on the sky, but keeps the black spots for herself;" The night quietly opened the flowers, but let the day accept thanks; Teachers have dedicated themselves and left this world with the future of their motherland. "Educators are enjoying such praise, and they should try their best to devote themselves to education.
To do education with heart, we must achieve "four hearts".
First, have a conscience. Elders often say, "Be a man with a conscience." Then, educators should "educate with conscience". Suhomlinski said: "Only on the good basis of conscience and shame can the human mind produce conscience. Conscience is knowledge that has developed into experience and feeling countless times. It is under its influence that shame, responsibility and dedication will inevitably be derived. " San Mao, a writer in Taiwan Province Province, also wrote in the book "The rainy season never comes again": "Teachers are not martyrs of moths, but businessmen with conscience in essence." With conscience, teachers will hold the rice bowl of conscience, hold the scales of conscience, teach and educate people with a highly responsible attitude towards students, parents, society and the country, love and enjoy their work, teach books well and educate good people.
Second, be caring. Teach with love, water with love and experience with love. Teachers should have love for students, which requires teachers to respect, understand and care for students. Respect students' personality development, respect students' personality development; Be considerate of students' heavy homework and great pressure; Care about students' family life and emotional life. Teachers' love for students also requires teachers to communicate with students more, enhance understanding and cultivate feelings. Rockefeller, the oil king, said: "If interpersonal skills are the same commodity as sugar or coffee, I am willing to pay a price more precious than anything in the world." Teachers and students should communicate frequently. Only through communication can teachers understand students' thoughts and lives. Only through communication can students understand the hardships of teachers; Only through communication can we be more considerate of each other, consider problems from each other's point of view, and more understanding will lead to less disputes. I believe that the education of love can turn spring breeze into rain and moisten things silently.
Third, be grateful. Gratitude is the source of love and happiness. Thanksgiving life, thanksgiving work, less complaints and complaints, more kindness and satisfaction. Without gratitude, there is no passion in work, no taste in life and no meaning in life. Always be grateful, and you will be satisfied. When I cried without shoes, I found that others had no feet; When you complain that your work is not going well, you find that others are still unemployed. A philosopher once said, "The greatest tragedy in the world is that a person says ungrateful,' Nobody gives me anything.' Therefore, teachers should always be grateful, so that you can be happy more easily. Only by teaching and educating people with gratitude can we reap the fragrance of peaches and plums in the garden.
Fourth, we should have a normal mind. Normal mind is a calm wisdom, an objective reason and a selfless state of mind. Treat everything with a normal heart. Ordinary things are true, and truth is beauty. Since you have chosen education, don't aim too high and change your mind. Seeing that others have made money and made a fortune, they want to jump ship and make a fortune. In the evaluation of professional titles, haggle over every ounce with colleagues, show no mercy, and fight in secret, which hurts harmony. It's not worth it! If you choose to be a teacher, you will choose to treat everything quietly and flatly, treat everything with a normal heart, do things with your conscience, and enjoy this quiet pleasure, happy work and happy life.
Education with heart and passion.
Emerson, the great American philosopher, said, "You can't achieve great things without passion." Passion is a strong emotion, which can stimulate potential and release energy. The famous Soviet educator Suhomlinski once said: "Passionate classroom teaching can make students engage in learning and thinking with high excitement, and they are surprised or even shocked by the contents displayed. Students feel their wisdom and strength in their studies, experience the joy of creation, and are proud of the greatness of human wisdom and will. " Teachers need passion, because without passion, teachers can't prepare lessons full of energy and teach students to think quickly. A teacher without passion is like a stagnant pool without a ripple. Education without vitality is meaningless. Yu Yi, a famous educator in China, said: "Passion is an indispensable quality for teachers." American scholar Wei Wu has a quip in Passion Makes Teachers: "Being a good teacher may be more ambitious and passionate in most cases. Greatness comes at least in part from talent, which cannot be spread. However, a great teacher must be a passionate teacher. " Great scholars tell us that teaching with passion is the way to teach.
People can't live without passion, and neither can teachers. Without passion, there is no shock of education. Without passion, there is no resonance of education; Without passion, there is no innovation in education. When a person has no passion, his life is over; When a teacher has no passion, his education is meaningless. Education is wonderful because of passion, and teachers are excellent because of passion. Therefore, I want to be a passionate teacher, be my best self, ignite my passion, do a passionate job, use my passion to infect students, colleagues and everyone around me, and let this passion pass on and shine.
Ideal is sacred and lofty;
Ideal is the motive force of behavior;
Ideal is the boundary between man and animals, and ideal makes man the spirit of all things;
Ideal is the dividing line between greatness and mediocrity, which makes people different.
Ideal is the source of strength, the cradle of wisdom, the banner of charge and the sword of cutting thorns.
Education has more goals because of ideals, and education is more rational because of ideals. My educational ideal is: education by heart. Really be dedicated and dedicated; Really have a conscience, love, gratitude and normality; Really educate people with passion. Perhaps, with the growth of age and experience, my educational ideal will become more mature, more open, more forward-looking, creative and constructive with the changes.
Ideals are like stars, we never reach them, but like mariners, we can navigate by their positions. I know the difficulty of realizing my dream, but I will never give up. I would rather be the smallest person with dreams and wishes than the greatest person without dreams and wishes. "The mountain is high, and the scenery has stopped. Although I can't, my heart yearns for it. " Let's embrace the future with educational ideals, firm faith and soar.
