In the form of investigation, we went deep into the contact points of the constituency, and solicited opinions and suggestions from the people of party member in the constituency through interviews, distribution of consultation forms and discussions. Second, party representatives take the lead in establishing contact points and playing the role of bridges and ties. In order to make the activities closely related to the grassroots, more targeted and more grounded, the district Committee launched the "Party representatives entering the constituency" activity. Require the department-level leading cadres in each party representative to take the lead in contacting the party Committee (general branch) of their constituency, village, community, enterprise and project to solve at least one difficult and focused problem that the masses are concerned about; It is required that other district-level party representatives should also correspond to a grassroots party branch, regularly go deep into their constituencies, deeply understand social conditions and public opinion, and help the masses solve practical problems.
