(4) General accidents refer to accidents that cause less than 3 deaths, or serious injuries 10, or direct economic losses 10 million yuan.
The safety production supervision and management department of the State Council may, jointly with relevant departments of the State Council, formulate supplementary provisions on accident classification.
Safety accidents refer to accidents that suddenly occur in production and business activities (including activities related to production and business operations) that endanger personal safety and health, or damage equipment and facilities, or cause economic losses, resulting in the temporary suspension or permanent termination of the original production and business activities (including activities related to production and business operations).
According to Article 3 of the Regulations on Reporting, Investigation and Handling of Production Safety Accidents, if a production safety accident causes casualties or direct economic losses, according to its nature, severity, controllability and scope of influence,
The term "above" in the first paragraph of this article includes this number, and the term "below" does not include this number. That means more than 30 people, including 30 people.
