With the deepening of education reform in China, people pay more and more attention to early childhood education. At present, there are still many problems in early childhood education in China, which affect the teaching quality and effect of early childhood education. Therefore, based on the current situation and existing problems of early childhood education, the author will put forward some measures aimed at improving the level of early childhood education and teaching effect, so as to promote the development of early childhood education in China.
First, the problems in early childhood education
1. Backward ideas and concepts At present, the ideas and concepts of preschool education in many kindergartens are relatively backward. In the process of teaching, kindergarten teachers often ignore children's age, cognitive incompleteness and different characteristics of children, and treat their behavior with adult eyes, thinking that their behavior is childish and ridiculous, or even disrespectful. This teaching method will seriously hurt children's self-esteem and hinder the development of children's imagination and creativity [1]. In the process of children's growth, the care and respect of kindergarten teachers can make children's psychology healthier, promote the development of students' specialties and help children's growth. However, in the current pre-school education, teachers adopt a unified teaching method, ignoring the development of students' characteristics, affecting the development of students' intelligence and adversely affecting their growth. 2. Teaching content "Primary School" In early childhood education, teachers basically agree that early childhood education needs to cultivate students' creativity, imagination and the development of various abilities. It is based on this starting point that teachers continue to deepen and expand teaching content and increase children's learning. Preschool teachers generally believe that students' ability can be improved by letting them learn more knowledge. This kind of cognition leads to children's increasingly heavy learning tasks, and there is a trend of "primary school" in children's teaching content. Although the starting point of this situation is good, the result is counterproductive, which hinders the development of children's abilities in all aspects.
Second, to solve the problems of early childhood education development countermeasures
1. Changing the concept of early childhood education Before carrying out teaching activities, preschool teachers need to first understand the misunderstanding of their own concepts, be close to the reality of early childhood education, and constantly adjust their own concepts, so as to improve the actual effect of early childhood teaching. Preschool teachers can innovate teaching methods, change teaching concepts and carry out characteristic experimental teaching within the scope permitted by preschool education. In experimental teaching, teachers need to give full play to children's initiative in teaching, let children actively participate in teaching activities, sum up teaching experience after teaching experiments, understand the teaching effect and promote the development of new educational methods [2]. In the process of teaching, preschool teachers need to think from the perspective of children to make teaching more targeted. The most important point of preschool education is that preschool teachers need to teach students in accordance with their aptitude, adopt targeted teaching methods according to the different characteristics of students, and guide children's personality development. For example, in early childhood education, the author integrates game teaching into teaching, records students' personality characteristics, increases interaction with children in game teaching, provides different knowledge, and puts forward different requirements for different children. After long-term application of this teaching method, the author found that the children in this class are obviously more lively and distinctive than those in the adjacent class. This shows that this teaching method has a certain effect on cultivating students' personality. 2. Optimize the teaching content When setting the teaching content, preschool teachers need to have enough understanding of the characteristics of young children. Due to the limitation of age, children's cognitive level is low, many things can't be understood, their memory is poor, and a lot of knowledge taught will soon be forgotten. In view of these characteristics of children, kindergarten teachers need to focus on cultivating students' thinking ability, imagination ability and judgment ability, rather than instilling a lot of rigid knowledge. Once a child's mind is occupied by a lot of knowledge, his imagination and thinking ability will be bound and he can't make his own judgment. For example, in the compilation of children's teaching content, in addition to letting students remember some basic knowledge, the author also pays attention to the cultivation of children's imagination and understanding ability. In the aspect of basic knowledge, the author added literacy and reciting ancient poems in the compilation of teaching content, and in the aspect of cultivating children's imagination and thinking ability, the author added short stories and life situation analysis in the compilation of teaching content. In children's literacy, the author uses the teaching method of game teaching, using pictures to explain, even supplemented by cartoons, to let children understand the meaning and structure of a word, such as the word "tiger". The author directly edited the animation about the tiger in the cartoon Pleasant Goat and Big Big Wolf, so that children can understand the word "tiger" from the image and make the word profound. Another example is to cultivate students' imagination and observation from children's life scenes. In class, the author directly said to the students, "Hands up, students in white.". After observing the color of the clothes they wear, students will judge whether they should raise their hands. This kind of teaching method can make children form better observation ability to some extent.
Third, the conclusion
In China's preschool education, the teaching effect of preschool education has a great influence on children. Therefore, preschool teachers need to constantly update teaching concepts, innovate teaching methods, optimize teaching content, cultivate children's imagination, creativity, judgment and observation, and promote children's personality development. At the same time, pay attention to the education of children's basic knowledge, so that children can skillfully use text tools and language tools. Early childhood education needs to teach children in accordance with their aptitude, which is an important way to improve the teaching effect of early childhood education and plays an important role in promoting the healthy development of children's body and mind.
