Society is always moving forward. The biggest difference between our education in China and that in other countries is whether we can treat students as thinking and cultivate students' feeling of drawing inferences from other countries.
Therefore, I personally think that education should meet the following requirements.
First, students clearly understand where the content of education comes from. The theme of learning is students, teachers are dominant, and the content of education comes from the extension and connotation of objective things, which comes from a large scale.
Second, continue to learn from the teaching experience and means of more developed countries. Because things are relatively all-round development, the degree of development is different. Judging from our educational work in China, we should learn from countries that are better than ourselves with an open mind. Someone once said, "To be the leader of the people, you must be the people of the people first".
Third, cultivate teachers' teaching skills with their own cultural level.
Although some teachers are rich in cultural knowledge, they lack practical teaching ability, which leads to the knowledge that most students want to teach in a class, which means that it is useless to teach. Because the teaching content is too much, it can't meet the students' actual ability to absorb knowledge, which leads to teachers' fatigue and students' confusion.
To this end, learn how to teach books well and cultivate good people.
Fourth, always regard "understanding students" as the core of teaching, and they can really adapt to the needs of society.
As people's teachers, we should establish a good educational attitude. Some of our teachers dare not put down their shelves, so students become "mechanical".
It is impossible to develop the originality, flexibility and agility of thinking organically. Compared with foreign education, China attaches importance to "teaching students in accordance with their aptitude".
Fifth, educate students to "think philosophically". The great Marx once said: "Everything in the world is relative, and it has a cause and a result. We study not only to believe in a certain philosophical point of view, but also to think about the world from a philosophical perspective, so that if we persist for a long time, we can make fewer mistakes. " Education is actually to educate students. The world is like this, so we create it. Students can develop their logical thinking ability and make full use of their existing knowledge to explore new things.
