1, training and education should be persistent.
Students' behavior is persistent and repetitive. Rome was not built in a day. It takes a long time to form a good habit. Never "fish for three days and dry the net for two days". There is a process to develop a good habit, which requires constant induction and training; The correction of a bad behavior also needs repeated guidance and education. Therefore, we should be patient and persistent in the cultivation education of students. The teacher is a mirror of the students, and the students are very imitative. A teacher's behavior habit may unconsciously appear on students. Therefore, as a teacher, we should pay attention to being a teacher, do what students are required to do first, and resolutely do what students are not required to do. It is very important for teachers to set an example and be a model. Teachers should first set an example of civilized manners in front of students. Teachers should smile and nod when greeting students. When they meet introverted students, they should try to greet them first. For the help of students, we should say "thank you!" 3. Training and education should start from scratch.
The ancients said, "Don't do good, don't do evil." . To cultivate students' good behavior habits, students must be required to start from small things and things around them. Many students are familiar with the code of conduct for primary school students, and even recite it backwards, but they often throw scraps of paper around; Many students learned to do good deeds and help their classmates under the organization of teachers, but when they got home, they became "little princesses" and "little emperors" with their mouths full of food and clothes. Therefore, the cultivation of education should start from small things: pick up the garbage peels on the ground, salute and say hello to the teachers, walk softly to the right in the corridor, take the initiative to repair the doors, windows, tables and chairs in the class, wear school uniforms at school, dress neatly, wear red scarves, and queue up well ... 4. Give full play to the educational function of the class collective. The spirit of a class, the strength of collective consciousness and the level of moral standards have great influence on the formation of moral quality of each member of the group. If the class collective forms a noble moral concept, a higher ideological realm, a hard-working spirit and a positive competitive atmosphere, students will be strongly infected in this collective, and will inevitably cultivate students who are United, friendly, caring for others, enterprising and noble in character.
5. Construct a trinity moral education network of "teacher-student-parents" to ensure education.
Educating people does not mean that it is the same at school, but different at home.
