First, implement safety education and training for new employees, interns and employees who have changed jobs and returned to their posts.
New factory (mine) personnel must go through the factory (mine), workshop (section, area, team) and team three-level safety education and training before taking up their posts. Operators who have been transferred and left their posts for more than one year and then returned to their posts should be educated and trained in the workshop (section) and safety team, and can only work at their posts after passing the examination.
Each production and business operation entity shall conduct inspection on temporary workers, interns, new ex-factory employees and those who have been transferred and returned to their posts, and must carry out compulsory three-level safety education and training to ensure that the three-level education and training is not less than 24 hours, and the time for receiving safety education and training is not less than 8 hours every year. After ensuring that they have the knowledge and skills needed for post safety operation, self-help and mutual rescue and emergency response, they can be arranged to take up their posts after passing the examination. Through targeted safety education and training, employees can identify the hazards in the work area, fully understand the unsafe state of the work area, and ensure "four no injuries", that is, "no injuries to themselves, others, others". Spring is the season to recruit a large number of temporary workers, which requires production and business units to strengthen the detailed pre-job training for temporary workers and new employees. If the pre-job training is not in place and causes a safety accident, once verified, the relevant responsible person will be strictly assessed.
