"Seeking Truth" —— Dongtouxing in Wenzhou
On the eve of Teacher's Day, Ms. Ren, the CSR director of Anta, told me that the "Dream Center" they donated in Dongtou, Wenzhou, was about to officially set sail and asked me if I could witness the report with them.

Anta "Dream Center" is a standardized quality development space created by Anta Group, which integrates Internet, multimedia, books and classroom education. It is also an educational public welfare project that I have been paying attention to. I also heard that there are more than 300 large and small islands in Dongtou, the destination, surrounded by the sea, which has the reputation of "Venice in southern Zhejiang" and the scenery is amazing.

So, after arranging the work of the unit, I generously promised to "take care of it" and "set off happily"!

On September 10, Teacher's Day, the unveiling ceremony of "Dream Center" of Anta was held in the No.2 Primary School in Chengguan, Dongtou District.

The school is located on a lush hillside, with a small area, but the campus layout is unique. One side of the doorpost of the gate is carved into a red flag torch, discarded tires are turned into flowerpots, the walls of the corridor are colored stickers of students' art works, and even the corners of the stairs are covered with students' works such as paper-cutting, cross-stitch and pulp painting, which is pleasing to the eye.

When talking about why a "dream center" should be donated in Dongtou, Wenzhou, Ms. Ren said that Wang, the vice president of the group and vice president of Fila Greater China, lived in Dongtou, where he went out.

"I am the 82nd graduate of Dongtou No.2 Primary School, and this is the place where I dream of sailing." During the activity, Wang shared his academic career and professional experience with his classmates on the topic of "From Dongtou to the World".

Wang said that when he came to school, he had to climb two mountains on foot for nearly two hours, and because he was young, he didn't know how many times he fell. Later, he fell to the ground because there were many times, and he knew where there were pits and stones.

Forty years ago, Dongtou was a remote and closed place, surrounded by the sea, unlike today's roads leading to the outside world. General Manager Wang is ambitious and studies hard, hoping to walk out of the island one day and browse the vast world contained in the book.

Today, Mr Wang's dream has finally come true. From Dongtou No.1 Middle School to Zhejiang Bank School, from Kellogg Business School of Northwest University to Harvard Business School, I also got a master's degree from Xiamen University. Until today, he has become an executive of Anta Group, serving as vice president of the Group and vice president of Phila Greater China. Even now, he is still studying in cheung kong graduate school of business, studying hard in his official spare time, and "dare not relax a little".

I heard clearly that when he said "Harvard University", a girl next to me couldn't help saying "Oh! The miracle of Harvard. Looking around, her expression seems to indicate: What a famous school this is! I was moved by the warm and expectant light in her eyes!

I am deeply touched by Mr. Wang's story. According to the previous communication, we are a generation, all born in the 1970s. When we were in primary school, the reform and opening up had not been carried out for a few years, and the country was still very poor. Parents gritted their teeth to let their children go to school. We also grit our teeth and learn, and it is not easy to stick to it.

"First, go by yourself; Second, read more books and miscellaneous books; Third, we must be diligent in exploration. " Wang summed up three "secrets" of his success, but at the same time told the children that it is more important to "bravely pursue dreams and never stop". They have more than one dream, and one day they will go to the world and lead the future.

In the dream class that day, the guests and children present were divided into six groups, and another reporter and I became one of the group members, so we need to listen carefully and guide the children to interact.

The teacher is Zhong, director of the "Dream Center" of the experimental primary school in Nankang District, Ganzhou City, Jiangxi Province. Today, she brought a picture book story called Exclamation Point.

The exclamation point describes the process of "exclamation point" from self-confidence, self-doubt to complete self-confidence in an anthropomorphic way! Simple words, tortuous stories, coupled with Mr. Zhong's humorous teaching language and vivid and orderly situational interaction, the whole teaching process is rigorous, scientific and interlocking, which has opened my eyes. It is completely different from the traditional teaching mode of "one teacher talks and one teacher listens in one class", which is lively, interesting and not rigid.

Because of this, in class, students have a strong sense of participation, scrambling to raise their small hands to answer questions. Zhang, a shy little girl in grade four, didn't even dare to raise her hand when Ms. Zhong asked questions for the first time. At the end of the 40-minute class, Mr. Zhong has been encouraging and giving opportunities. She can answer questions calmly, holding her head high every time, and people can't help applauding her confidently.

Teacher Zhong told me that she came into contact with the dream course of Shanghai True Love Dream Foundation during a study. Based on the concept of "questions are more important than answers, methods are more important than knowledge, and trust is more important than help", this course advocates that teachers use "guides" instead of "instructors" to convey the values of diversity (perspective), tolerance (mentality) and innovation (spirit) to children.

"At that time, my eyes suddenly lit up. Isn't it our educational ideal to let children grow up confidently, calmly and with dignity? Since then, Ms. Zhong has started her dream-seeking, and now she has become a senior two-star teacher in the dream center.

Teacher Zhong also said that he really hopes that there will be more and more such "dream centers", break the shackles of traditional education that fetters students' thinking, and use more scientific literacy education to help young people in poverty-stricken areas achieve all-round growth. And that's exactly what Anta wants to do. Ms. Ren told me that in the future, Anta Group plans to donate 500 dream centers in poor areas of China.

For many years, because of the unfair education caused by unbalanced resources and uncoordinated management, students in poor rural areas lack the possibility to explore a wider world and more lives. The "Dream Center" jointly established by Anta and Shanghai True Love Dream Foundation is trying to narrow this gap and make this possibility more and more real.

Suddenly I remembered a sentence in the "Wang Fu" written by Bashu ghost when I boarded the king in the morning: "What is the king looking at? Those who seek Tao seek truth. " Isn't education the same? Anta is the seeker.

Mr. Zhong's class, like a stone sinking into the sea, is still as calm as a lake, causing quite a stir among the teachers.

"I saw the dream course, which is diverse and interesting. I'm sure our children will like this kind of education. Mr. Zhong's class proved this point. Her class can go deep into students' hearts and strongly stimulate their sense of participation. " At the symposium after the meeting, Chinese teacher Ye said that he should also strive to be an excellent dream course teacher.

Teacher Lin Chi-ling also said that the idea of the dream course had a great influence on her. "It turns out that we all attach importance to children's exams and answers, and rarely tell children to find ways in the process of finding answers. It is important to teach them to fish. "

"We train people, not machines." Teacher Lin Chi-ling thinks that the dream course has found a way to teach children to learn to think, and in the process, make them more confident and self-respecting.

Teacher Zhong said that it is not easy to do this, which requires a change in teaching philosophy. Moreover, with the full implementation of the dream course, many problems have followed. One is to go out and study more, and the other is to rely on collective strength.

Qi also said that it is not easy to be a qualified dream teacher. This requires teachers to enjoy the course and establish a new relationship between teachers and students. "The key is feeling. Solve problems in class. "

Wang believes that only with attitude, courage and persistence, becoming an excellent dream teacher is just a matter of "one breath" and more patient than anyone else.

However, some teachers have raised questions. Teacher Chen Yuqin said that the dream curriculum is limited, and the key is how to integrate this concept with the existing disciplines. "After all, under the existing background, achievements are still very important."

Mr. Zhong believes that the dream course will change students, teachers and classrooms without deliberate integration. "One day, teachers can't help but integrate the dream class with the subject class, making our Chinese, math and English classes more interesting." However, Mr. Zhong also admitted that the deep integration of the dream course with other subject courses needs more study and practice.

"Years of practice have proved that the dream course will only help improve students' academic performance, but will not drag them down." Qi Ju Peng said, but this will not happen overnight.

The heated discussion among teachers also deeply touched Chen Yongsheng, director of the District Education Bureau. He said that the dream center is doing the future education direction, but the key is the change of ideas, from the teaching accustomed to standard answers to more innovative and inspiring teaching. "The government is willing to make efforts to promote the development of this cause."

After the symposium, we walked out of the meeting room. As the sun sets, with the arrival of the evening, the sea breeze blows, which makes people feel quite comfortable. Suddenly I remembered Wang Guozhen's poem: "We have been walking and walking, and it has become a landscape."

Ms. Ren said that Anta Group has established 26 dream centers all over the country and will continue to move forward. Isn't the walking Anta Dream Center a scenic spot? This light may illuminate the whole education in China.
