Chengdu University of Arts and Sciences, as two universities, is a full-time undergraduate college approved by the Ministry of Education of People's Republic of China (PRC) (China) and transformed into an independent college.

Chengdu University of Arts and Sciences is an undergraduate college in Sichuan Province, founded in 1999. The school was founded in 1999 by the merger of the School of Cultural Communication of Sichuan Normal University and the International Business School of Sichuan Normal University. Approved by the Ministry of Education in 2004, it was established as an independent college, and transformed into a independent undergraduate course college in 20 14. The school has two garden-style campuses, Jintang and Honghe.
