Enlightenment of Children's Moral Education
Childhood is the enlightenment period of life, and it is an important period for shaping healthy personality and forming good moral quality. However, judging from the current family environment in which the only child lives, the moral edification and education of the child are not optimistic. The status of the stars holding the moon and the education of parents who value wisdom over morality have made our children develop bad moral consciousness and behavior such as "self-centered, willful, arrogant and rude" from an early age. Kindergarten is the most basic period and the main place for children to receive education. Have the responsibility and obligation to help our children overcome their own shortcomings, and gradually form a correct moral awareness and good moral behavior, so that they can adapt to the development of society in the future and be a beneficial person to society. Therefore, it is very important and necessary to carry out moral education for children in kindergartens.

First, the infiltration of moral education in daily life

Moral education in kindergartens is not a separate sermon, but permeates all aspects of children's daily life. We have been educating them.

Morning activities: We ask the students on duty to come to the garden in advance, arrange tables and chairs for the children, water the plants in the natural corner, and then greet the children. Let children learn polite language and enhance their awareness of civilization.

We have changed the traditional way of roll call, let children roll call themselves, let children learn to care about their peers and love class sports.

Recess activities: at this time, we educate children to care for each other, take care of younger children and help them review what they have learned in class; Learn to be modest and play with fun toys.

Dining: When eating, we cultivate children's good eating habits. Don't drop rice grains and leave no food when eating. After eating, we can consciously put away the tableware and let the children overcome the bad habit of "opening their mouths with food and clothes".

Nap: Teach children to fold their clothes neatly before going to bed and fall asleep quickly.

After-school activities: ask children not to chase and fight, but to pack their things and wait for their parents to pick them up.

Second, holiday moral education.

1. "March 8th" Women's Day is coming. Our head teacher led the children to the supermarket to choose holiday gifts for their mothers, and sent invitations to all the female parents of the children, inviting them to participate in the celebrations organized by the kindergarten. Parents watched the children's wonderful performances, played games with them and shared sweet cakes. There was laughter and laughter on the playground, as if they had returned to their childhood. From this, the children realized the hard work of their mothers in educating their children, saying that they should study hard and be filial to their parents from now on.

Third, family ties and common education.

It is impossible to educate children's morality by unilateral efforts of schools, and it is necessary to maintain the consistency of education. Therefore, families, kindergartens and all aspects of society should strengthen children's ideological and moral education to protect their healthy growth. We carry out educational activities through family contact books, parents' gardens, parents' meetings, parents' open days and family network activities.

1. Children's learning attitude is always the most concerned issue for parents and teachers. Through parent-teacher conferences, we discuss with parents how to make children learn by themselves and become interested in learning, instead of imposing it on them.

Now there are many children who are selfish, willful and overbearing. Therefore, we require parents to establish correct educational ideas through family contact books and parents' gardens, give their children more practical opportunities, strengthen their collective concepts and labor concepts, and cultivate their good ideas and initial labor habits of unity and mutual assistance, respect for the elderly and love for the young, love for the collective, hard work and simplicity.

Parents and teachers must behave well and set an example for their children. Fourth, pay attention to the hidden resources of kindergarten moral education.

Mr. Chen Heqin believes that children are easy to imitate, and the influence of external things is easy to act on children, but children's imitation is non-selective, and children's concept of right and wrong is very weak, so it is impossible to imitate only positive things. We think kindergartens should strengthen the construction of hidden resources of moral education. Because the hidden moral education resources are subtle and imitative, they can always influence children subtly and play a role in moistening things silently. Constructing positive recessive moral education resources can provide children with positive and positive imitation objects, so that they are unconsciously influenced and gradually internalize the moral experience they have learned into their own moral behavior. Therefore, we can improve the effectiveness of moral education in kindergartens by digging and building hidden and potential moral education resources in kindergartens. We divide the hidden moral education resources in kindergartens into two categories: material environment and interpersonal relationship. The physical environment includes the appearance of the garden, the walls of the activity room and the corner environment. In the creation of the material environment, we have infiltrated positive thoughts, shaped children's imitation objects with vivid, emotional and interesting images, and let them be influenced by morality inadvertently. Interpersonal relationship mainly refers to teacher-student relationship and teacher-teacher relationship. When children leave home and come to kindergarten, the teacher becomes the organizer of their day's activities and the main object of their imitation learning. Teachers' words and deeds always affect the formation of children's good behavior. To this end, we have strengthened the construction of teachers' moral behavior and asked teachers to lead by example. Teachers are required to create a good image with noble behavior and promote the formation of children's good moral quality with positive and correct behavior. In a positive environment, children become self-confident, learn to share, learn to help others and other excellent qualities.
