Legal basis: Measures for the Administration of Student Financial Assistance Fund

Article 1 In order to standardize and strengthen the management of financial aid funds, improve the efficiency in the use of financial aid funds, and ensure the implementation of financial aid policies, according to the Notice of Chongqing Municipal Finance Bureau and other five departments on Printing and Distributing the Measures for the Administration of Financial Aid Funds for Students in Chongqing (Gui [2020] 1No.) and the Measures for the Administration of Special Funds for Education in Yunyang County (for Trial Implementation) (Fa [2017] 60)

Article 2 The term "funds" as mentioned in these Measures refers to the funds earmarked for education by the central, municipal and county finance departments, including:

(a) pre-school education, compulsory education, high school education and secondary vocational education students.

(2) Donation funds: all kinds of donation funds designated for students.

(3) Other aid funds: other aid funds used by governments at all levels to subsidize students and aid funds established by schools.

Article 3 The scope, standards and recipients of funds shall be strictly implemented in accordance with the policy documents, and adjusted with the adjustment of the policy documents. If it is really necessary to co-ordinate or change the scope of use, it shall be implemented after the approval of the County Education Commission and the County Finance Bureau.
