How to teach literacy in kindergarten?
First, the quality of teaching activities

1. Read with pictures. After children have basically mastered the pronunciation of Chinese characters, they can use word baby's game of finding a home, so that children can take word baby to find the corresponding pictures or objects. The design of this link is mainly to give children an opportunity to operate and consolidate their exercises, so as to deepen their impression of the target words they have learned.

2. Use the characteristics of hieroglyphics to read. China's writing has far-reaching influence. From the origin of Chinese characters, the original painting is the main source of writing. Later, many words were made according to their meanings. For example, the words "mountain", "field", "fire" and "eye" are the evolution of their image modeling painting. When we teach children to know, we can connect them with painting, so that children can really feel the source of words and the object of reflection.

3. Use body language to read. The process of children's literacy is also a process of direct perception through various senses, such as "listening", "seeing", "touching" and "laughing", so that children can combine their physical feelings with corresponding words, and know the word baby they want to learn through personal physical feelings and interesting game exercises in the situation.

Second, read in the game.

Games are children's basic activities. "Regulations on Kindergarten Work" clearly points out: "Kindergarten game activities should be purposeful and planned to guide children to be active and positive." Games are an important part of children's reading and listening game literacy. It deepens children's memory of Chinese characters through various forms, and cultivates children's observation ability, thinking imagination ability, language expression ability and reaction ability, which runs through the whole process of literacy. In teaching activities, I used a variety of games to let children confirm Chinese characters in the games and review and consolidate them. For example, when learning Chinese nouns such as "cat, dog, rabbit", I imitate the sounds or images of animals, and at the same time show the word cards, so that children can understand Chinese characters while imitating. After the new words were confirmed, in order to review and consolidate, I created the game of "wake up the baby word", which is to cover the baby word with a small flower, let the child wake it up, and then open the small flower to see who didn't get up. If it is the word "fly", the child can't help but stand up and do the action of flying. Some children learn to fly like birds, while others learn to fly like butterflies. The word baby once woke up and heard the word "grandpa", and the children imitated his grandfather. Some children are hunched over, wearing glasses, with their eyes far away from the book and their fingers pointing at it. During the game, the children are very interested in seeing which word the baby is sleeping, which enhances the mystery and interest of the game, cultivates the children's memory, and also cultivates their ability of observation and imitation. I also created a game according to children's age characteristics and seasons. In order to confirm the new words, according to the characteristics of autumn season, I chose rabbits, an animal that children like, to pull out radishes. I made a lot of three-dimensional radishes with the word baby on them and put them on the ground to form a radish field. Let the children play the role of the white rabbit and say nursery rhymes, and go to the field to "pull out carrots" according to the teacher's requirements. In the form of competition, four people are a group, which enhances the interest, and allows children to find the corresponding Chinese characters while playing, so as to know the new words.

When playing games, you should face all the children and arouse their enthusiasm. After children have mastered a certain number of Chinese characters, I taught them what antonyms are, so I created a music game "Finding Friends" and prepared the same number of Chinese cards as children. When children listen to music, everyone finds a word card and finds their own antonym as friends after reading it. For example, if you are wearing a "big" card, go find a child with a "small" card on his chest. Work in pairs and follow the music of finding friends, so that children can find their antonym friends without pressure.

Games are children's basic activities. In literacy education, colorful games should be used according to the teaching content, so that children of different levels and abilities can get interest and satisfaction in the games.

Third, the use of multimedia literacy

The emerging multimedia technology combines the advantages of audio-visual and computer, and can combine graphics, characters, sounds and videos to produce lively teaching effects. Practice has proved that multimedia literacy is an effective method.
