Iv. application for qualification

1. Anyone who applies for teacher qualification accreditation shall apply to the corresponding teacher qualification accreditation institution within the time limit for accepting the application, and obtain relevant materials and forms.

2. Applicants for teacher qualification shall submit the following basic materials to the teacher qualification accreditation institution within the specified time (subject to the documents issued by the province in that year):

(1) I filled out the application form for teacher qualification in duplicate;

(2) The original and photocopy of the ID card;

(3) the original and photocopy of the academic certificate. In addition to formal teachers, other applicants are also required to provide the original and photocopy of the academic certificate issued by the Academic Certification Center of the Guangdong Provincial Department of Education;
