To have advanced educational ideas, we should read more magazines related to preschool education and make relevant reading notes. The following are my reading notes in the pre-school education magazine carefully arranged for you. Welcome to reading.
The core idea of Zhu Yongxin's new education is not to emphasize "everything is for the development of students", but to highlight "everything is for people". Professor Zhu believes that without the development of teachers, there is no development of students, and without the development of parents, there is no development of students. The purpose of education is for people's development, and the core of humanistic spirit is to pay attention to people's living conditions and development space. We should pay attention to the development of students and teachers, principals, parents and everyone in society. Whether he is poor or rich; Whether he is ignorant or wise; Whether he is healthy or disabled, they should be allowed to develop rapidly.
Professor Zhu said that only by pursuing ideals and surpassing oneself can we cultivate a positive attitude and truly let teachers, students and schools grow together. He believes that all teachers in schools participating in the new education experiment should have their own dreams, and should give themselves a kind of courage to challenge themselves and a spirit of surpassing themselves. Every teacher and every student must be successful, and a considerable number of teachers and students can become talents. All participants in the experiment should feel that they are making progress, growing and being happy.
Professor Zhu said that it is wrong to talk about heroes by success or failure, by gold medals and by studying. The key of the new educational experiment action plan is to teach students something really useful for life. Professor Zhu said that he graduated from Suzhou University, but he didn't think he was inferior to the students of Peking University and Tsinghua. He said, I can even be a teacher and a professor in Tsinghua, Peking University. The key is how to make students have a truly brilliant tomorrow, not just a brilliant today.
Zhu Yongxin highly praised "what students left behind after leaving school and forgot what the school taught is the result of education." Many people think this is a very incisive interpretation of education; Some people feel that there is nothing left (I think what the school teaches here mainly refers to something purely for exams. Many of these things are useless in practice and are doomed to be forgotten; And those who can't leave practice for a moment will never forget it.
In this regard, he made a special survey: some teachers in Pingjiang Experimental Primary School suggested that as teachers, they all want to teach students useful things all their lives, and they also hope to teach in a happy and active atmosphere. But the reality is that students and teachers now have no time to talk and do activities. How can they write a composition without activities? Especially in Suzhou, students' spring and autumn outing was cancelled and they had to spend it in the ocean of repeated questions, so that students cheered as soon as they heard the holiday, and their study was completely passive. In this regard, schools can gradually improve their previous school-running concepts according to the new educational experiments, but the greater pressure comes from social pressure, and some parents even blame teachers when they see less homework. What is the attitude of society towards new education?
Because of this, Zhu Yongxin pointed out that students' extracurricular activities must be indispensable, and what should be done should be done. As long as they travel in the province, they can resume outdoor travel with careful safety work. Not only that, but also do more outdoor activities like this, even in nearby museums and gardens, so that what students have learned can be put into practice in nature. The most important thing in teaching is how to make students more active and arouse their enthusiasm for active learning. Now many teachers and students complain that they have no time. At that time, it was all overtime. What is the difference between adding and not adding? It is better to let students control their own time and read more books in their spare time. Now some students know all the laws, theorems and formulas of some subjects, but they won't do them when they encounter problems, because they don't understand them, which is very worthy of teachers' reflection. I believe that as long as students really make progress, society will give new education an affirmation.
In the second reading notebook semester of pre-school education magazine, our garden distributed the book "People's Education" by the famous German educator Froebel. About this educator's educational thought, I learned something about it in the early childhood pedagogy a few years ago. I don't think there is anything to see today, so I'll just bite the bullet and watch it. Because I think as long as it is a book, it is worth reading. Now that it's published, I'll have a look.
While reading The Educator's Life, I read a sentence worth reading, and I admire it. This was not said by Froebel, but by his colleague Pablo. This sentence is like this: "If we don't pay attention to and start the family education reform, school education will lack a correct and indispensable foundation." I read this sentence several times, which really cheered me up. Because when it comes to family education, it reminds me that most parents of young children now work outside to earn money, leaving their children at home for grandparents to take care of. Although some parents are at home, they never ask about their children's study and always focus on making money. How do parents know that their children's influence and performance in front of themselves and grandparents are completely different? So I think that some children's bad habits and even bad behaviors are directly related to their parents. Therefore, if we do not attach importance to family education, school education will lack a correct and indispensable foundation. Only by combining school education with family education can children be educated well.
People often say: "Parents are the first teachers of children." Yes, Pablo also has a sentence that confirms the importance of parental education. But I think his sentence is one-sided. He thinks like this: "It is most important to cultivate smart and capable mothers, because the importance of early childhood education is above all else." In this sentence, he only talked about the necessity of cultivating smart and capable mothers, which occupies a primary position in children's education. In my opinion, in a healthy family, fathers are equally important in children's minds. If being a father is not as important as being a mother in the eyes of children, then this family must not be a healthy family. Not only the mother but also the father should be clever. Without a good family education environment, even the best children will develop bad habits and even fail to learn well. I have a typical example here: around us, there is a child named XX. In the small class, he has always been lively and cheerful, and likes to play with children. Laughter is a good thing. However, in the past two years, due to the divorce of his parents, both parties remarried, leaving their children at relatives' homes and not asking about their situation. Children have acquired some bad habits because of the influence of their parents and the "edification" of bad social atmosphere. It seems difficult to discipline him too strictly as a relative without his parents. As a result, children often don't go to kindergarten. Even if he goes to kindergarten, he doesn't study hard. He either makes trouble in class or fights with other children. He has a bad temper and often scolds others. His grandparents have nothing to do with him, because he is now "invulnerable". Isn't this directly related to his parents?
Therefore, I think that only a good family education environment with the education of our school can make children grow up. Otherwise, it is a flawed and incomplete education.
