Second, a clear division of labor is the prerequisite for completing the inspection. It is also the basis of ensuring quality.

The method of welcoming inspection in our school is three-level division of labor. The first-level division of labor means that the principal is responsible for the two principals in charge of the middle school, Hai Min and He Xiao, and gives them requirements and clear tasks. They are solely responsible for the two departments, and they are also under their leadership as principals. The second-level division of labor refers to the division of labor between the two principals in charge and the leaders of the secondary schools in charge of primary and secondary schools, and they are responsible for their respective inspection tasks. Three-level division of labor refers to the division of labor between middle-level leaders and teachers in charge by deputy school leaders in combination with their own tasks. In this way, each level of personnel should be responsible for the next level. So that there will be no missing items. Third, responsibility is the key to high-quality inspection.

Responsibility is better than ability, and attitude determines action. Through this inspection, the leaders' sense of responsibility has been enhanced as never before, and the school concept of honor and disgrace has quietly risen, which is really touching! Yu Haimin, the headmaster of some middle schools, is both a head teacher and an English class. All the materials are finished after school and on weekends. The material preparation is detailed and the process materials are well-founded, which gives the leaders a good start. He Duofang, the principal of primary school, coordinated the preparation of early materials, consulted modestly and carefully designed the whole material. There must be something wrong with the inspection, and the purpose of rectification is to promote the next step, not to shelve the problem. Requirements for the next step: 1. The two inspection data in charge should be kept by themselves and opened separately.
