All units participating in the activities explained the knowledge of the civil code to the masses and publicized the contents of the civil code closely related to the production and life of the masses by hanging banners, setting up legal consultation points, distributing publicity materials and promotional materials on the rule of law, and interacting with the masses on the spot. The activities also publicized the Railway Law, the Law on Combating Organized Crime, the Law on Work Safety, the regulations on letters and visits, the regulations on the establishment of a model area of national unity and progress in Xizang Autonomous Region, the common sense of emergency safety and the knowledge related to garbage sorting.
At the event site, in addition to the cadres and masses under the jurisdiction of the community, tourists who came to Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan Scenic Area also came to participate in the interaction of publicity activities.

In addition, during the Civil Code Publicity Month, various departments at all levels in the city carried out various forms of civil code learning and publicity activities according to local conditions and combined with industry reality and regional characteristics.
