Hunan Open University
Hunan Open University has 2 1 city, state, industry and enterprise branches and 148 county-level RTVU teaching points, forming an RTVU education network all over the province. There are more than 3,500 full-time teachers, 800 administrators, 400 technicians and part-time teachers in RTVU system. The electricity-saving headquarters has 538 teaching staff and 308 teachers.
Among the teachers, there are 28 professors, deputy senior technical post11,and doctor's degree 104. In July 2003, with the approval of the provincial government, Hunan Network Engineering Vocational College was established by using the resources of this department to hold higher vocational education. Hunan radio and tv university and Hunan Network Engineering Vocational College implement two brands and one team.
Hunan Open University is a multi-level, multi-form and multi-standard school, and offers undergraduate, junior college, general college, adult college, higher vocational, technical secondary school and non-academic education in distance open education.
More than 40 majors in 9 disciplines, including economics, law, education, literature, science, engineering, agronomy, medicine and management, have been set up to provide opportunities for employees of industrial enterprises, military non-commissioned officers and other members of society to receive higher education. The school has sent more than 500,000 graduates to all walks of life, and there are 6,543.8+0.2 million students in RTVU.
Non-academic education, such as job skills training, practical technical training, and continuing education for engineers, as well as English level, computer level, and qualification examinations for securities and insurance practitioners, is held, and more than 654.38+million people receive non-academic education and training every year.
Provide educational services for all kinds of social members to update their knowledge and master new skills, make overall use of RTVU educational resources to build a public service system for distance education, and provide learning support services for universities and other educational institutions to carry out distance education.
