On the morning of 2011may 13, the opening ceremony of Taian teacher education network and the first forum for the development of famous teachers and principals were held. President Sang Aimin, as a candidate for Qilu Famous Principal Construction Project, first made an academic report entitled "Values Education with lofty aspirations-Reflections on the direction of running a school" at the Famous Principal Forum.

President sang's report is divided into five parts: first, the problems we face. It is emphasized that education should focus on people's development and liberation, but more importantly, it should focus on ideals, morality and beliefs and lofty values, so that reading for the rejuvenation and development of the country and the nation can become the mainstream culture of the school. Second, reality is challenging our values education. It is emphasized that any education must be beneficial to human development, human development must depend on the existence of the country and the nation, and schools should lead the social culture and spirit. Third, historical experience and lessons. Fourth, the state calls for the return of values education. The core is to solve the major problem of who to train and how to train people. The key point is to face all students, promote their all-round development, and strive to improve their sense of social responsibility, innovative exploration spirit and practical ability to solve problems. The fifth is our thinking and exploration. It is a vivid portrayal of the history of educating people in our school to gather sages for a hundred years and never forget the responsibility of the world. Our school-running philosophy is to cultivate outstanding talents who can contribute to the national rejuvenation. Out of school, we should form the excellent quality of "solid foundation, good habits, all-round development, each showing its own strengths, lofty aspirations and courage to take responsibility"

President sang finally pointed out that the school is a pure land, which can cultivate sentiment; School is an oasis, which can cultivate morality; School is a single spark, which can ignite society; School is the mother of educating people and can save the country and the people. Let's join hands and make unremitting efforts to realize the beautiful vision of lofty values education and to train more talents to revitalize the country and the nation in the future.
