(3) Evaluation method
The school open recruitment working group organizes an expert group of not less than 5 people to comprehensively assess the ideological and moral quality, physical and psychological quality, teaching and research ability and development potential of the candidates. The examination results shall be kept at two decimal places (rounded off), and the school open recruitment working group shall determine the physical examination and inspection personnel according to the examination results.
(4) Physical examination and inspection
Physical examination and investigation are organized and implemented by Shanxi Institute of Engineering and Technology.
Physical examination standards and items shall be implemented with reference to the Standards and Measures for Physical Examination of Teachers in Shanxi Province (Revised). Those who fail the physical examination and inspection shall not be employed.
(5) Publicity and employment
According to the results of physical examination and investigation, the list of candidates is determined by the collective research of the school leaders and publicized on the school website for 7 working days. The contents of publicity candidates include: recruitment position, recruitment quantity, recruitment major, name, gender, date of birth, graduation institution, major studied, education (degree), assessment results, ranking and other information.
If there is no objection at the expiration of the publicity period, the relevant employment procedures shall be handled according to the regulations.
