What are the forms of education law in China?
The form of educational law refers to the concrete manifestation of educational law, that is, the external manifestation of educational legal norms with different effects created or recognized by different state organs in different ways. The form of China's education law is mainly manifested in the normative documents on education formulated by various state organs. Different legislative subjects create different legal norms and form different legal forms.

(1) Provisions on education in the Constitution. The articles directly related to education in the Constitution clearly define the nature, purpose, principles and tasks of education in China, which is not only a special embodiment of China's education law, but also the fundamental basis of China's education legislation, and no form of education laws and regulations can contradict it.

(2) education law. Education law is a normative document on education formulated by the highest authority of the state or a special legislature. China's education law is formulated by the National People's Congress and its Standing Committee, which is the highest organ of state power, and is divided into basic education law and separate education law.

(3) Educational administrative regulations. Educational administrative regulations refer to the normative documents formulated by the highest administrative organ of the state for the administrative management of education in accordance with the Constitution and educational laws.

(4) Local education laws and regulations. Local education laws and regulations are normative documents related to education formulated by some local state power organs.
