Hotan Education Bureau is the working department of Hotan Municipal People's Government. It is a section-level, and the brand of Hotan National Language and Literature Working Committee is hung.

According to the Hotan Institutional Reform Plan approved by the Hotan prefectural party committee and administrative office and the Implementation Opinions on the Hotan Institutional Reform Plan issued by the Hotan Municipal Party Committee Office and the Hotan Municipal People's Government Office, the Hotan Municipal Education Bureau implements the principles, policies and decision-making arrangements of the CPC Central Committee, and the work requirements of the Party committees and prefectural committees of the autonomous region on education and municipal committees, and adheres to and strengthens the centralized and unified leadership of the Party over education in the process of performing its duties.
