The full score of the paper is 100, the written test is qualified, and the qualified line is 60 points. Those with a score below 60 will be disqualified from the interview. After the written test, the interviewer will be determined from high score to low score according to the ratio of 1:3.

After the written test and interview, the total score is calculated according to the written test score accounting for 40% and the interview score accounting for 60%. If the total score is equal, the interview score ranks first, and the shortlisted medical examinees are determined according to 1: 1 from high to low.

Public storage regulations

Determine the candidates to be hired and publicize them to the public for 5 days. If there is no objection to the publicity results, it will be formally incorporated into the village (community) reserve cadre library and implemented dynamic management. When the village (community) needs reserve cadres to take up their posts, the town party Committee will study and notify them to take up their posts. Have a physical examination before taking up the post. Those who pass the physical examination will be arranged to work, and those who fail will be disqualified.

Physical examination items and standards refer to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (for Trial Implementation). Reserve cadres are valid for 3 years (counting from the end of publicity), and if they are not arranged to work in the village (community) within 3 years, their reserve cadres' qualifications will be terminated by themselves.
