Xiaotun village is the anti-Japanese revolutionary base in this county. 1937, under the advocacy of villager Wang, an anti-Japanese night school was first established in the county, which organized the progressive youth in the village and surrounding villages to learn cultural knowledge while publicizing the truth of resisting Japan and saving the country. 1In May, 1938, more than 70 progressive youths from more than a dozen village teams, including villages, government factories and Baiguoshu, were gathered in Guanchang Primary School, and the "Jubei Anti-Japanese Salvation Association" was established, with Wang Shaoren as the president and Zhen Ji (1939) as the member.
