Anhui university of finance is a multidisciplinary higher financial and economic college with economy, management and law as the main body, spanning eight disciplines of literature, science, engineering, history and art, and facing the national enrollment and employment. It is the first batch of universities in China with the right to award bachelor's degrees and the second batch with the right to award master's degrees, and it is a key university in Anhui Province.
The school was founded in Hefei, Anhui Province,1May, 959, when the school name was Anhui Finance and Trade College. 196 1 year, the school moved to Bengbu, the central city of the Huaihe River basin, which is known as the "Pearl City". The school site is located on Jiaotong Road. 1983, its headquarters was moved to Longhu West Campus, and it successively belonged to the All-China Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives, the Ministry of Commerce and the Ministry of Domestic Trade. In February, 2000, the State Council decided to set up Anhui Finance and Trade College jointly by the central and local governments, which was managed by the Anhui provincial government. In May 2004, with the approval of the Ministry of Education, the school was renamed Anhui Finance College; In September of the same year, the school moved to Longhu East Campus.
