Moral education in secondary vocational schools must adhere to the guidance of Marxism–Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory and Theory of Three Represents, fully implement the Party's educational policy, closely combine the reality of building a well-off society in an all-round way, follow the characteristics and laws of physical and mental development of vocational school students, adhere to the people-oriented principle, take students as the main body, and strive to cultivate Socialism with Chinese characteristics builders and successors with ideals, morality, education, discipline and all-round development of morality, intelligence, physique and beauty.

Its basic task is to train students to become citizens who love the motherland, abide by laws and regulations, have social morality and civilized behavior habits, and then become high-quality workers who serve the motherland, are proactive, honest and trustworthy, respect the cause, and have a sense of social responsibility and entrepreneurial spirit.
