Microelectronics manufacturing and digital design. This paper mainly studies the integration of optics, mechanics and electronics, digital equipment, advanced manufacturing, heat dissipation of microelectronic chips and their new energy/high efficiency and energy saving. The patent project "Dynamic Differential Spinning Drawing Technology for Small Diameter Thin-Walled Internal Thread Tube" invented during studying for a degree in South China University of Technology won the first prize in the Second National College Students' Applied Science and Technology Competition and was designated as one of the eight projects inspected by Vice Premier Li Lanqing. Nanfang Daily, Yangcheng Evening News and Guangzhou Daily all have exclusive reports. After graduation, he stayed in school to engage in scientific research and teaching. From June 5438 to February 2003, he was promoted to professor, and was approved as a doctoral supervisor in 2004. At present, he is an expert in the evaluation of key projects of the National Natural Science Foundation, a member of the Cutting Professional Committee of the Production Engineering Branch of the Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society, a young scientist in Guangdong Province, and an outstanding young and middle-aged academic backbone. Responsible for the evaluation of key science and technology projects in Guangdong Province, and participate in the evaluation of national natural science foundation projects every year. In 2004, he was invited by the National Natural Science Foundation to participate in the 11th Five-Year Development Plan of Mechanical Science, and was responsible for compiling the thermal control part of microelectronics manufacturing.

He has presided over and completed 5 projects of National Natural Science Foundation (key project 1), 3 projects of Guangdong Natural Science Foundation (key project 1), key teacher-funded project of Ministry of Education 1, 2 key research projects of Guangdong Province, 3 key research projects of Guangzhou City, and enterprise innovation fund project of Guangdong Province 1. He has published more than 40 articles in domestic and foreign professional journals or international conferences, such as Journal of Materials Processing Technology, Progress of Materials Manufacturing Science and Technology, and Key Engineering Materials, and applied for 28 utility models and invention patents (the first inventor 2 1) (invention patents 10, utility model patents 18), among which he has been authorized/.
