Registration conditions.

The junior high school level examination adopts the way of online registration. In principle, students who actually go to school in our state are registered in their schools; Students who need to go back to Dehong Prefecture to take the exam and enroll in Dehong Prefecture should register with the Education and Sports Bureau of the county (city) where their household registration is located within the specified time.

Registration method.

The registration work is divided into two work networks: one is in the "Yunnan Provincial Admissions Examination Work Network", which is used for high school admission. The second is in the "Yunnan Provincial Academic Level Examination Network", which is used to organize and implement the examination. Its operation requirements and procedures are implemented according to the relevant requirements of Yunnan Provincial Admissions Examination Institute. Exam.

Junior high school academic proficiency test mainly measures the degree to which students meet the national curriculum learning requirements, and the test scores are the basic basis for students to graduate and enter high school. The standards, subjects and time of the junior high school level examination should be strictly implemented in accordance with the relevant documents of Yunnan Province, and the junior high school level examination should be effectively organized. The specific requirements are as follows:

1, exam subjects.

The subjects to be tested in the next semester of Grade 8 are: biology, geography and information technology.

The subjects to be tested in the ninth grade next semester are: Chinese, mathematics, English, ideology and morality, history, physics, chemistry, physical education, art and music.

Previous students need to retake all subjects offered in the ninth grade; Biology, geography and information technology can choose to recognize the exam results of that year, or they can give up the results of that year and apply again.

2. Examination methods.

Chinese, mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology, history, geography, morality and rule of law are closed; English subjects combine listening, written examination and closed-book examination; Online examination is adopted for information technology subjects; The physical education discipline implements the combination of compulsory examination and optional examination items, and the on-site examination method; The examination methods of music and art are determined by the education bureaus and sports bureaus of counties and cities, and the results will be entered into the Yunnan Provincial Academic Proficiency Examination Network within one week after the examination.

Make and publicize the enrollment brochure.

High school enrollment schools must prepare enrollment brochures and enrollment brochures in advance, which will be distributed to junior high schools by the state, county and city enrollment departments before the exam. Before the end of the candidates' volunteering, the enrollment examination institutions at all levels shall not provide the junior high school academic level examination results of the candidates to the enrollment school. If the enrollment school violates the rules and promises to compete for students, causing adverse social impact or preventing students from filling in their volunteers in counties, cities and schools where the exams are held, it will report to the discipline inspection and supervision department to seriously investigate the responsibilities of the relevant responsible persons and units.

During the enrollment publicity and voluntary reporting, the State Education and Sports Bureau will cooperate with relevant departments to conduct random supervision over the posting of enrollment brochures, the issuance of enrollment brochures and the voluntary reporting of exams in junior high schools.

Enrollment plan

The enrollment plan is the basis for school admission. Affected by the epidemic prevention and control in COVID-19, the state, county and municipal education and sports bureaus will issue their high school enrollment plans before the end of June 2020 according to the education development plan and school conditions.

(1) According to the requirements of the Provincial Department of Education, 50% of the total enrollment plan of public ordinary high schools must be allocated to junior high schools in the service area, and public ordinary high schools are not allowed to recruit students who choose schools.

(2) Secondary vocational schools issue plans according to their majors.

(III) Counties and cities will report the local school enrollment plan to the State Admissions Office within the specified time, and the State Admissions Office will announce the enrollment plans of all high schools in Quanzhou to the public after summarizing them.

Enrollment schools and scope

(1) Ordinary senior middle schools

1. Public ordinary high schools, complete high schools and private high schools directly under the state enroll students for the whole state as planned.

2. Ordinary high schools, complete high schools and private high schools in counties and cities recruit candidates from the counties and cities as planned, and some approved ordinary high schools in counties and cities can recruit students from other counties and cities in the state as planned.

(2) Five-year institutions of higher learning, secondary vocational schools, vocational high schools and technical schools can enroll students inside and outside the state.

Conversion of ordinary high school admission scores

According to the requirements of the Yunnan Provincial Department of Education, the admission scores of ordinary high schools are converted into the scores of junior high school level examinations, and the total conversion score of 13 subjects is 600 points. The specific conversion method is:

(a) Chinese, mathematics, English papers are 120 points, according to the actual score 100% recorded in the high school admission score.

(2) The full marks of physics, chemistry and physical education are all 100, which are included in the total score of high school admission according to 80%, 50% and 50% of the actual scores respectively.

(3) Those who are qualified or above in the five subjects of history, ideology and morality, geography, biology and information technology will be included in the total score of high school admission according to the score of 10 for each subject, and those whose score is lower than 60 will be included in the total score of high school admission according to the actual score of 10%.

(4) Those who are qualified or above in two subjects, namely music and art, will be included in the total score of high school admission according to 5 points in each subject. Those who fail will not be scored, and those who pass the make-up exam will not be scored.

Extra care policy for ordinary high schools in our state

( 1)

Plus points to take care of content and scores.

According to the relevant national and provincial policies and the actual situation in our state, candidates with household registration in Dehong Prefecture have eight extra points to take care of when they are admitted to ordinary high schools in our state:

1. Candidates from Dai, Jingpo, De 'ang, Achang, Lisu and other ethnic minorities living in our state can get 20 points.

2. Candidates who are the only child of agricultural population get 15 in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Regulations on Population and Family Planning in Yunnan Province and the Provisions on Rewarding the Only Child Family of Agricultural Population in Yunnan Province.

3. Returned overseas Chinese, returned overseas Chinese's children, overseas Chinese's children, and candidates from Taiwan Province Province plus 10.

4. Brave children. Children who have won the title of national courageous, 15, children who have won the title of provincial courageous, 10, children who have won the title of state and county (city) courageous, 5 points.

7. Disabled children of police heroes and policemen died in the line of duty. According to the notice of "Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Educational Preferential Treatment for Children of Public Security Policemen Sacrificed in the Line of Duty in Yunnan Province" (Yun Gong Zheng [2065 438+08] 164), the document stipulates that children of public security martyrs, public security heroes, and public security policemen sacrificed in the line of duty, who are disabled by grade one to grade four in the line of duty, will be given extra care when applying for ordinary high schools and secondary vocational schools. 8. Helping the children of Hubei medical team members and front-line medical staff to enjoy preferential policies According to the Notice of the Office of the People's Government of Dehong Prefecture on Printing and Distributing (Debantong No.202023): First, if our state assists the children of Hubei medical team members to apply for ordinary high schools, it will give 10 extra points to take care of them; Those who apply for national secondary vocational schools will be admitted directly according to the candidates' wishes, giving priority to schools and majors; Those who apply for secondary vocational schools inside and outside the province, according to the wishes of the candidates, will be directly admitted to the provincial recruitment institute, giving priority to schools and majors. Second, the children of frontline medical staff in our state are enrolled in secondary vocational schools in the state, and they are directly admitted according to the wishes of candidates.

Among the last eight admission bonus care policies, if the same candidate meets the above care conditions, only one of them can be selected, and the bonus points will not be accumulated.

Extra nursing measures.

1. Candidates who meet the policy of extra points should fill in the Application Form for Extra Points (see Annex 1) and provide the school or county admissions office with the household registration book and the certificate issued by the relevant departments.

2.( 1) Children of Hubei medical team members and first-line medical staff who meet the care requirements must be declared by the candidates themselves, and the Application Form for Extra Points for Admission and Care of Children of Hubei Medical Team Members and First-line Medical Staff in Dehong Prefecture in 2020 should be filled in.

(2) The care bonus table shall be audited and sealed by the unit where the candidates attend the school and assist the children of Hubei medical team members and front-line medical personnel, and submitted to the county and city admissions examination institute for review and summary, and then submitted to the state admissions examination institute for review.

(3) Candidates who meet the conditions of extra points for care shall be publicized in schools, parents' departments of candidates and government information networks. , the publicity time is 7 working days. After publicity, candidates who meet the conditions of extra points for care will be given 10 on the total score converted from the junior high school level examination.

3. Schools and county admissions offices shall, according to relevant supporting materials, identify extra points in accordance with relevant policies and publicize them to the public. If there is no mistake, report it to the State Admissions Office (see Annex 2).

Voluntary report

Volunteer is an important basis for admission. The education and sports bureaus of counties and cities and relevant schools should conscientiously study and master policies, carefully organize and guide candidates to fill in their volunteers, and never allow any school to interfere with candidates' filling in their volunteers in any way.

( 1)

Voluntary setting

1. Quanzhou ordinary high school volunteers in 4 batches, and each batch is limited to one school. Schools voluntarily set up categories such as merit, orientation and specialty. Candidates can choose to fill in according to their student status, household registration, enrollment scope and general high school enrollment brochure, and can choose to fill in up to 4 batches of volunteers.

2. Five-year junior college, general secondary school, vocational high school, technical school and other secondary vocational volunteers are uniformly set by the provincial regulations. All candidates in our state can apply to any school in or out of the state according to their chosen major. Volunteer in secondary vocational schools should not only fill in schools, but also fill in majors.

3. The action plan for East-West cooperation and the special plan for filing and establishing cards shall be formulated and arranged by the whole province.

(2)

Voluntary reporting requirements

1. Implement voluntary declaration online. All counties and cities should be prepared to contact the power supply, telecommunications and other departments in advance to ensure voluntary reporting.

2. Volunteers shall be filled in by the candidates themselves. No unit, school or individual may interfere or mislead candidates to fill in their volunteers, and may not change their volunteers without authorization.

3. In principle, all junior high school students should fill in the school volunteers in the high school stage, and students who set up a file and set up a card family must fill in the school volunteers in the high school stage "one by one". Students who fill in ordinary high school volunteers should fill in four batches of volunteers in principle.

Ordinary high school admission.

1. Admission principles. Follow the principles of openness, equality and merit.

2. Admission basis. The first is the school enrollment plan; Second, students volunteer; The third is comprehensive quality evaluation. The fourth is the conversion score of junior high school academic level test score plus policy care score.

Requirements for comprehensive quality evaluation at the time of admission: First, "ideology and morality" must be qualified and above. 2. At least two of the four indicators of "learning attitude and ability", "communication and cooperation", "sports and health" and "aesthetics and performance" must be above B, among which "sports and health" and "aesthetics and performance" must reach A and so on.

3. Admission method. The schools admitted in each batch are all public and private ordinary high schools and complete middle schools in the state.

In the enrollment plan, according to the evaluation results of candidates' willingness and comprehensive quality, according to the policy of adding points to the junior high school level examination, students are admitted from high scores to low scores. When public schools are enrolled, they should first enroll in the preferred plan and then enroll in the directional plan. When enrolling in the orientation program, students will be admitted from high to low within 30 minutes under the minimum control line of merit-based admission. If there are still no students in the targeted schools after a drop of 30 points, the enrollment plan will be gradually adjusted to schools with students in the enrollment range.

Five-year junior college, technical secondary school, vocational high school and technical school admission

All secondary vocational schools' voluntary filing shall be implemented by the provincial entrance examination institute as a whole, and registration, inspection and audit shall be carried out by the corresponding entrance examination institutions in accordance with the principle of centralized management. 1. Examination and admission

① During the nine-year compulsory education in all parts of our state, the children of migrant workers and foreign students can take the local junior high school level examination;

(2) Migrant children and foreign students who have received junior high school education in counties (cities) of our state and obtained three consecutive years of school status (grades 7, 8 and 9) can participate in the admission of ordinary high schools where the school is located and enjoy the same treatment as local students;

(III) Where all counties (cities) in our state have not fully received junior high school education for three years, that is, they have not obtained their school status for three consecutive years (except for the normal work transfer of military children and their parents who meet the relevant conditions), and they can only participate in the admission of ordinary high schools where the school is located, but they can only participate in the preferential admission and cannot participate in the directional plan enrollment.

2. Proof materials

Materials to be provided by accompanying children to local education authorities or schools:

(1) Residence certificate of parents or legal guardians in Dehong Prefecture;
