According to the provisions of Article 12 of the new Compulsory Education Law, school-age children and adolescents are exempted from entrance examination, and local people's governments at all levels shall ensure that they are enrolled in the nearest place where they are registered. Move-out procedure

According to the relevant provisions of the Regulations on Household Registration in People's Republic of China (PRC), citizens who want to move out of the jurisdiction of their household registration need to declare their emigration registration to the household registration authority before moving out, get a migration certificate and cancel their household registration. If a citizen moves from the countryside to the city, he/she must apply to the household registration authority where his/her permanent residence is located for moving out with the employment certificate of the urban labor department, the school admission certificate or the permission certificate of the urban household registration authority.
