The answer on the first floor is irrelevant. I only know that our mechanical and electrical department (engineering) is the shabby building near the small lake in Building No.3, and all other professional boys are near the three meals and four meals, while science and engineering students seem to be in the three or two buildings near the four meals. The girls are all in the northernmost part, which should be 17-20 building. There is also the Department of Textile and Steam Engineering of South School.
