A Brief Introduction of Qingbei Foreign Languages Institute and its International Education Cooperation Mode I. In September 2004, the strategic development model of international education implemented by Qingbei Foreign Studies University-Sino-Russian joint undergraduate training project was written into the Minutes of the Fifth Meeting of the Sino-Russian Cooperation Committee on Education, Culture, Health and Sports signed by the two governments, and Qingbei Foreign Studies University was listed as the key government project implementation unit supported and supervised by the two ministries of education. On September 15, 2005, the project special meeting of the Ministry of Education decided to implement unified file management, unified academic certification and unified issuance of dispatch certificates for students enrolled in the project. So far, the TPT project of international education in Qingbei Foreign College has developed into a national-level Sino-Russian joint undergraduate training project, and it has flourished with the key support and strong support of the Ministry of Education of the two countries. In 2008, Qingbei Foreign Affairs University will expand new areas of international cooperation, especially for international education cooperation in English-speaking countries such as Europe, America and Australia. Similarly, our international education, through the efficient cooperation between the two countries and by strengthening the combination of advantages and mutual benefits of educational resources between the two countries, makes the division of labor between teaching and management of our international education more refined, more scientific and higher, and makes the curriculum combination of our various majors more scientific and targeted on a basic and systematic basis. In the end, we got an excellent, even excellent international education work. Based on this concept, Qingbei Foreign Affairs University has carried out close international education cooperation with the Russian Ministry of Education and Russian universities, and implemented and promoted the excellent international education TPT project of China's current Sino-Russian joint training of undergraduates. Its goal is to create a national-level gold medal brand for the joint training of undergraduates between China and Russia through the combination and cooperation of educational resources between the two countries. Since 2002, Qingdao North Institute of Foreign Education Exchange has been working closely with the TPT project of international education of Vladivostok State University of Economics (Russian name: Vladivostok University of Economics and Service). TPT means two plus two, that is, freshmen and sophomores study in China. All Russian teachers teach the curriculum system of Russian schools, and China helps them learn Chinese and introduce their mother tongue. The organic combination of two-year domestic and two-year foreign teaching plans enables students to complete their four-year undergraduate studies step by step, continuously, systematically and completely. Establish management guarantee for overseas education at home and abroad, and establish adaptability and economy for overseas students and their parents: China has unique national conditions and social and cultural background. On the one hand, without education and management suitable for China students and special guidance and transition for China students, it is difficult to guarantee direct study abroad.
