1, physical health level. Refers to the integrity of human tissue structure and normal physiological function. The physiological function of human body refers to a complex and advanced form of exercise based on the internal organizational structure of human body and aimed at maintaining human life activities.

2. Mental health level. There are three basic principles to judge whether the psychology is healthy: (1) The psychological reflection on the objective reality should be consistent with the objective environment in form and content; (2) A person's psychological activities and behaviors such as cognition, experience, emotion and consciousness are a complete and coordinated unity; (3) A person's unique personality and psychological characteristics formed in the process of long-term life experience are relatively stable.

3. Moral health level. Moral health is based on and higher than physical health and mental health, and it is the development of physical health and mental health.

4. Social adaptation to health level. Social adaptation refers to a person's role adaptation in social life, including professional role, family role, role transformation and interpersonal relationship in study and entertainment.
