Attachment 1: Precautions for uploading dissertations and submitting related materials.
Degree applicants should upload their dissertations and submit relevant materials within the specified time. The relevant precautions are now reminded as follows:
1. If the online newspaper registration has passed the examination, please upload your dissertation and submit the following materials within the specified time: the electronic registration filing form of the academic certificate of the Ministry of Education, the information form of Henan self-study exam and standard photos (2 inch small, blue background, white shirt).
2. The application and submission of materials shall be made online at the following website (opened during the application period): degreeappy/log in. html After logging in, carefully check the contents according to the system prompts and upload the materials that meet the requirements.
3. Electronic Registration Form of Academic Certificate of Ministry of Education and Information Form of Henan Self-taught Examination: Copy the screenshots of these two forms into Word files according to the above method, each form occupies one page, and the screenshots must be clear and uploaded to the system according to the requirements in the degree application system. It was downloaded and printed by the Office of Self-taught Examination of Zhengzhou University and submitted to the Academic Degrees Committee for review.
Fourth, degree photo collection: According to the spirit of relevant documents of the State Council Academic Degree Office and Ministry of Education, it is necessary to collect the photos of applicants in a unified way in order to standardize the filling of degree certificates and effectively implement online registration and inquiry of degree information. After the photos are uploaded, the professionals are responsible for the post-processing.
In order to effectively protect the health and safety of teachers and students and reduce the gathering of people, this degree application will not be confirmed on site. Please note that I will submit my electronic photos in the degree application system on time after the online newspaper registration is passed. 5. If the applicant fails to upload the degree thesis that meets the requirements on time, submit the electronic registration filing form of the academic certificate of the Ministry of Education, the information form of Henan self-study exam and its standard photos (2 inches small, with a white coat on a blue background), or the submitted materials do not meet the requirements, resulting in missing information and failure to complete the payment on time, the declaration will be deemed invalid, and the consequences will be borne by the applicant.

Appendix 2: Requirements and Precautions for Electronic Photo Collection

2. Prepare a standard blue background (or pure blue background) and a bareheaded standard passport photo (2 inches small, blue background, white coat, 3.3cmX wide, 4.8cm high, resolution set to 300dpi, which is actually the size of a passport photo). 7. The photo file size is between 100K-2M, and the format is jpg, with clear images and natural colors.
