Reading a good book is like listening to a wise man answer questions. After reading "Famous Teacher", what impressed me the most was a sentence from Teacher Wei: All education is, in the final analysis, self-education. His words are internalized from Drucker's "All management is essentially self-management". After reading this sentence, I finally understand the direction of my future efforts.

? This book starts from six aspects: teacher education concept, curriculum strength, how to do a good job in home-school education with parents, how to solve students' thorny problems, details of growth education, and master teachers' self-cultivation. In the preface, Mr. Wei introduced the concept of "new teacher", which refers to the teacher who adapts to the new educational concept, vision and values. New teachers are lifelong learners, and learning has been internalized into the class instinct of new teachers. They are committed to bringing knowledge into life through work and making their work more creative through learning. Their learning comes from practice, and they integrate all kinds of learning through practice. New teachers are eager for freedom and creativity. They will create a community of people of the same size who share the same vision, develop together and learn from each other. A good education always means the common development of teachers and students. I am willing to cultivate myself into such a new teacher, and I am advancing on the road of training.

? There is a specialization in the industry. Teacher Wei believes that teachers should pursue their own professional development. He believes that professionalism gives people freedom. Listen to all kinds of voices in the process of development, but don't define yourself by others; Admit your own shortcomings and strive to be a better self. Don't try to convince others, but take root downwards and blossom upwards. As a primary school Chinese teacher, I am often afraid of my cultural accomplishment and knowledge reserve. To become a famous teacher, there is a long way to go, and you have to keep practicing.

? In reading, I often lament the profundity of Mr. Wei's thoughts and meticulous research. In view of students' problems, Mr. Wei expounded how to use management means and education means. When communicating with students, he should pay attention to the principle of "material-oriented, not people-oriented", state facts without personal feelings, and be good at solving problems by means of education rather than management. Teacher Wei believes that in order to enter students' minds, we should do three things: 1. Go ahead of the problem, predict the possible problems and get ready. 2. Teaching and educating people is like falling in love. Put all your energy into loving your class, your subjects and your students. 3. Think of yourself as a student and a student as a teacher. Have empathy and compassion, and know how to put yourself in others' shoes. Compared with Mr. Wei's ideas and methods, I found that I was careless in my usual work and had to make up for it.

? The cultivation of famous teachers involves all aspects, whether it is work or study, we should give ourselves a clear and definite goal. Self-cultivation is a lifelong lesson. Teaching and learning learn from each other, and strive to become a better self in the process of professional development.
