As a teacher, applying the ideas and skills of mental health education can greatly promote the "humanity" of thinking teaching. In this sense, it also conforms to the "three-dimensional goal" of the new curriculum teaching. This is what we call "classroom psychological education", which combines the two and complements each other. In this way, a temporary new way is found for mental health education, and the teaching goal of thinking class is implemented under the background of new curriculum, which makes thinking class vivid.
