College (center) is a teaching and research entity of Beijing Normal University, which has common characteristics with other departments of the school. To undertake the teaching and training tasks of doctoral students, master students, graduate students with master's degree in education and visiting scholars. The college has two doctoral programs and two master programs in "Educational Economics and Management" and "Higher Education", and it is open to the recruitment of doctoral and master students at home and abroad. There are 240 graduate students in the college, and the training of senior education management talents has begun to take shape. College is one of the earliest institutions in China to offer master's and doctoral degrees in education management. 1998 after the merger of educational management and educational economics into the discipline of "educational economics and management", the college was one of the first institutions in China to be awarded the doctoral degree in this discipline. At present, the discipline of "Educational Economics and Management" of Beijing Normal University, which is the foundation of the college's development, is a key discipline in Beijing, ranking first in the country for several consecutive years.
