(1) Persons who meet the following conditions may apply for registration

Have an official residence in Beijing, or meet the Notice of Beijing Education Examinations Institute forwarded by the General Office of Beijing Municipal People's Government to the Municipal Education Commission and other four departments on Doing a Good Job in the Registration of Children of Migrant Workers in Beijing Higher Vocational Schools in 20021Year (Jing Kao Gao Zhao [2020]12), or settle in Beijing and meet the registration conditions.

(2) The following persons shall not be registered

1. College students with general higher education qualifications, or students who have been admitted to ordinary colleges and universities and retain their admission qualifications;

2. Students who have not graduated from senior secondary education schools;

3. Fresh graduates who registered by deception in the non-graduation year of senior secondary education and illegally participated in the entrance examination of ordinary colleges and universities (including the national unified examination, provincial unified examination and the entrance examination separately organized by colleges and universities, hereinafter referred to as the college entrance examination);

4. Persons who have been suspended from taking the college entrance examination due to violation of the national education examination regulations and are in the suspension period;

5. Being taken compulsory measures by the relevant departments or serving a sentence for violating the criminal law.
