2, law enforcement inspection in public places

From the end of March to the beginning of May, combined with the prevention and control of infectious diseases in spring and the "May Day" Golden Week, our hospital organized supervisors to carry out a special law enforcement inspection activity in large supermarkets, tourist attractions, large hotels with catering services, entertainment service places and other crowded public places. Focus on the inspection of the "three certificates" (health permit, employee health certificate and health knowledge training certificate) management, environmental sanitation of business premises (including dining environment), the compliance of some microclimates, and the equipment and use of disinfection facilities. In May, our hospital successively supervised and inspected 1 municipal water supply units and 12 township centralized water supply units, mainly checking whether the source water, factory water, peripheral water and wading products of each centralized water supply unit meet the sanitary requirements of drinking water, as well as the certificates of hygiene licenses and health certificates of employees. At the same time, the drinking water of the above water supply units was randomly sampled, and the results showed that a total of 14 water samples were collected, which was qualified.

6, clinical blood special supervision

According to the requirements of the Notice of Health Bureau of Lu 'an City on Special Supervision of Clinical Blood Use in the City and the Notice of Special Supervision of Clinical Blood Use in Hospitals Above Grade II in Lu 'an City, our hospital organized health supervisors to conduct special supervision on the management of clinical blood use in some township (center) hospitals within its jurisdiction from June 10 to June 12. After investigation, all units can standardize, safely and clinically use blood.

All of them can be purchased in the designated blood bank according to the requirements of the Measures for the Administration of Clinical Blood Use in Medical Institutions (for Trial Implementation) of the Ministry of Health, and there is no phenomenon of selfless collection and private donation. Before blood transfusion, all units can implement the application and approval system for blood use well, and can strictly grasp the indications for blood transfusion. Blood can be transported and stored by special personnel according to needs, and kept by special personnel. Before blood transfusion, sign the informed consent form of blood transfusion with the recipient and check the first nine indexes of blood transfusion. The blood transfusion rate of components in this examination is over 90%, which meets the requirements. No illegal use of blood was found during the inspection.

7. Health supervision in disinfection products

According to the requirements of the document number. Ministry of Health Supervision, on March 22nd, 25th and 26th, our hospital conducted supervision and inspection on two disinfection products production enterprises and centralized tableware disinfection units within its jurisdiction, including environmental sanitation, process flow, workshop layout, identification, health protection facilities, employees' health certificates and health knowledge training certificates.

8, beauty salon special inspection

In order to strengthen the health management of beauty salons, standardize business practices, and prevent the spread and prevalence of skin infectious diseases, in June, a special law enforcement inspection of beauty salons was carried out in our jurisdiction, focusing on the inspection and monitoring of health permits, health certificates of employees and health knowledge training certificates, environmental sanitation of business premises, air quality standards, equipment and use of disinfection and cleaning facilities, and the use and claim of cosmetics. At present, this work is in progress.

9, major reception health supervision

On April 20-22, Huangya Tea Culture Festival and the first Tourism Festival were held in our county, in order to do a good job in meeting reception during the two festivals, ensure the sanitary and safe accommodation during the meeting, and provide healthy and safe accommodation environment for tourists. Our hospital organized health supervisors to conduct health law enforcement inspections in Dabie Mountain Village, Nanyue Mountain Villa, Shancheng Hotel, Laocharen Business Club, Yingjia Mountain Villa and Xinyuan Hotel, respectively, and inspected key places and weak links such as environmental sanitation, health certificate of employees, food raw material procurement, special room (cold dish room), and also carried out tableware (drink) disinfection quality monitoring and microclimate detection in some catering and accommodation places. 10, Accommodation and drinking water guarantee during the college entrance examination

In order to strengthen the hygiene and safety supervision of accommodation and drinking water during the college entrance examination, and ensure the hygiene and safety of accommodation and drinking water and physical health of the majority of candidates and examination staff during the college entrance examination, according to the unified deployment of the county health bureau, our hospital conducted supervision and inspection on the reception hotels for the college entrance examination on June 3. Fifth, actively carry out the prevention and control of food poisoning in summer. At the beginning of the year, a food poisoning prevention and control plan was formulated to strengthen normal health supervision. Recently, the Notice on Effectively Strengthening the Prevention and Control of Food Poisoning was issued to raise the food safety awareness of food operators, further eliminate all possible food safety hazards, and effectively protect people's food safety.

In the next step, under the leadership of the municipal government and the superior business department, we will strengthen health supervision according to the annual work points, consolidate the achievements of previous special rectification activities, combine special rectification with industry self-discipline and credit system construction, establish a long-term management mechanism, further improve the special rectification work assigned by the superior in view of the existing problems in the current practical work, continuously strengthen internal management, and steadily promote reasoning documents and case-by-case evaluation to comprehensively improve the level of health supervision and law enforcement in our city.
