Download steps are as follows:

1. Click the browser and enter: Fujian Province Professional and Technical Personnel Continuing Education Information Management Platform.

2. Click Personal Login, enter your ID number and password, and then click Login.

3. After logging in, the user will display his personal name and click on the orange personal center.

4. After entering the page, click the history certificate management on the left.

5. Then click Download on the far right in the pop-up interface to generate the certificate.
