Popularizing five-year compulsory junior college is a unified education.

Upon the expiration of the study period, the graduation certificate of ordinary colleges and universities uniformly printed by the Ministry of Education will be issued. This degree is a full-time college degree recognized by the state, and the length of study is marked with the words "five-year consistent system", which is basically the same as that of a three-year college.
