The first general rule
As the touchstone and test platform for the practical teaching reform of advertising and related majors, the National College Student Advertising Art Competition (hereinafter referred to as the "Competition") is a national college liberal arts competition with large scale, wide coverage of colleges and universities, a large number of teachers and students, and high quality of works. It is a creative practice of mass advertising planning for college students across the country.
It aims to enliven the extracurricular cultural life of college students, stimulate their creative inspiration, strengthen the cultivation of their practical ability, innovative ability and cooperative spirit, promote the training mode and practice teaching reform of news communication and advertising art education in colleges and universities, create a good competitive platform for outstanding talents to stand out and continuously improve the quality of talent training.

Article 4 Organization and leadership
1. The contest is jointly organized by the Organizing Committee of the National College Student Advertising Art Competition, Communication University of China and Daguangsai Culture Communication (Beijing) Co., Ltd., and the education departments (education committees) of all provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions are responsible for organizing and guiding each competition area. In order to ensure the smooth development of the competition, the organizing committees of the national and regional competitions were established.
2. The organizing committee of the contest is responsible for organizing and coordinating the contest activities. The organizing committee has a secretariat: one secretary-general and several deputy secretaries-general to preside over the daily work of the contest.
3. The organizing committee of each competition area is composed of the education departments (education committees) of all provinces, municipalities directly under the Central Government and autonomous regions, representatives of universities and relevant experts, and is responsible for organizing and leading the competition area.
