3. Application processing

If the government information involves the rights and interests of the third party, the opinions of the third party will be sought, and the time required for soliciting the opinions of the third party will not be counted in the time limit.

4, according to the application for public information charges.

To provide government information according to the application, you can charge fees for searching, copying and mailing. The fee standard shall be subject to the approval of the competent price department. Citizens, legal persons or other organizations who think that this office has not fulfilled the obligation of government information disclosure according to law may complain to the supervision office of the Municipal Education Bureau at its address.

Citizens, legal persons or other organizations may also report to higher administrative organs, supervisory organs or government information disclosure departments.

Citizens, legal persons and other organizations may apply for administrative reconsideration or bring an administrative lawsuit according to law if they think that the specific administrative act of this office in violation of these regulations infringes their legitimate rights and interests.
