According to the Notice on Doing a Good Job in the Registration of Academic Level Examination for Junior High School Graduates in 20021(No.43 [2020] of China Recruitment Office), from 20021year, social candidates taking the Academic Level Examination for Junior High School Graduates (hereinafter referred to as "Senior High School Entrance Examination") will register at the registration point in the town where their household registration is located.
Legal basis: Notice on Doing a Good Job in the Registration of Social Candidates for the Academic Level Examination of Junior High School Graduates in our City (202 1) 1. Social candidates who meet one of the following conditions can sign up for the senior high school entrance examination at the social registration point in our city: (1) Junior high school graduates who have registered in our city and are studying in other cities. Junior high school graduates with foreign household registration must meet one of the following conditions when they move to our city: one of their parents has Zhongshan household registration or met the treatment and care policies of registered students in this city before moving to our city (see annex1for details); (two) previous graduates with household registration in our city. Candidates whose household registration is from other cities and moved to our city need to move into the household registration for one year in principle. Those who are less than one year are restricted from entering ordinary high schools and can only enter secondary vocational schools. (3) Previous graduates who graduated from junior high schools in our city and were audited to meet the treatment policy of registered students in this city. Candidates who sign up for the senior high school entrance examination in other cities are not accepted. Candidates should carefully read and sign the letter of commitment (Annex 2) before registration, and submit it to the registration point for retention.
