If you want to learn computer, I don't recommend chemical engineering compared with my two schools, because the University of Chemical Technology is a school of chemical engineering, and the computer is still relatively poor. Comparatively speaking, Beijing University of Technology may be better. If finance is similar, I think the two schools may be similar, so consider the study style of the University of Chemical Technology.

But neither computer nor finance are the strengths of these two schools. I hope you will reconsider.
