Chapter III Personnel Selection
Seventh members stationed in the party branch should be selected from party and government organs at all levels, enterprises and institutions, street (town), community (village) party member cadres and retired party member cadres and party member volunteers who are enthusiastic about party building.

Chapter IV Manner of Stationing

Article 11 In principle, each accredited party branch is responsible for contacting and guiding about three non-public enterprises or social organizations, or contacting and guiding 1 professional markets, commercial buildings and commercial districts (business districts).
Article 12 The following procedures shall be followed for the establishment and selection of trustee branches:
1. Formulate the establishment plan of the stationed party branch. Non-public party working committees at all levels respectively formulate plans for the establishment and selection of non-public enterprises and social organizations stationed in party branches, clarify the number of party branches stationed, the composition of dispatched units, personnel and working objects stationed, make timely arrangements and put forward specific work requirements.
2. Set up the stationed Party branch according to regulations. Non-public party working committees at all levels and party committees (party groups) of dispatched units conscientiously do a good job in the selection of members stationed in party branches, and standardize the establishment of "functional" party branches in accordance with relevant regulations without transferring the organizational relationship of members stationed in party branches in party member. 4. Timely adjust and cancel the accredited party branch. Non-public party working committees at all levels and party committees (party groups) of dispatched units may, according to the needs of their work, supplement and adjust the members stationed in party branches. After all the stationed non-public enterprises and social organizations have established their own party organizations, or a unified party organization has been established in professional markets, commercial buildings and commercial districts (business districts), the stationed party branch can be revoked by the dispatched local or unit party (work) committee according to the prescribed procedures, and the stationed personnel can quit the original unit.
Chapter V Work Tasks
