Introduction to Heilongjiang Sanjiang Art Vocational College Heilongjiang Sanjiang Art Vocational College is a national ordinary college which integrates art education, environmental art and engineering education, digital media education, film and animation education, information and management education, and is approved by the Heilongjiang provincial government and filed by the Ministry of Education. It is the only art institution of higher learning in Heilongjiang Province.
The college is located in Dalai Community, Jiamusi City, Heilongjiang Province, with teaching practice bases in Beijing and Harbin respectively. There are 268 full-time teachers such as experts and professors, and 78% of them are double-qualified teachers; There are 23 majors, 5 key majors and 5 dominant majors. Each department (college) has an entity internship enterprise, and each major has more than five in-depth cooperation units between schools and enterprises, which has achieved solid and effective results in the "work-study combination" and provided a guarantee for students to become talents and find jobs.

Thirty-six enterprises and institutions signed a "three-set" talent training plan with the college, and 7/kloc-0 enterprises signed a long-term employment agreement with the college. College is known as "the cradle of cultivating art and design talents" and won the titles of "National Advanced Unit of Colleges and Universities" and "National Advanced Unit of Aesthetic Education Research". Dozens of domestic news media, such as Xinhua News Agency and CCTV, have reported our school-running deeds successively. Accompanied by relevant ministries, provincial and municipal leaders, experts and scholars, UNESCO international education delegations from Belgium, Japan and the United States visited the institute and held talks on cooperation.
