First of all, we should update and transform the existing scientific, chemical and biological laboratories in a planned way to standardize, standardize and modernize them. Second, the scientific teaching instruments and equipment are optimized and upgraded according to the Supplementary Catalogue of Scientific Instruments issued by the Ministry of Education in 2000, and the equipment categories are improved according to the proportion of 10%- 15% of the total number of primary and secondary schools every year, and they are included in the municipal government's goal to be implemented; Third, accelerate the construction of information technology education equipment.
