I will cooperate with local associations and professional working committees to provide online education services for national first-class cost engineers, and encourage and support local associations and professional working committees to actively organize local or professional first-class cost engineers to participate in the study. Our association advocates the continuing education of first-class cost engineers based on network education. Associations and professional working committees at all levels can improve the timeliness and pertinence of courses and continuously improve the quality of online education by expanding the resources of online education courses.
Face to face education
On the premise of meeting the requirements of epidemic control in COVID-19, face-to-face training activities can be carried out appropriately. Associations and professional working committees at all levels should study the methods and contents of face-to-face training from the aspects of reform and development, market demand and technological progress, carry out influential training activities and provide training certificates according to the new requirements of the new situation for the practice ability of first-class cost engineers. Encourage and support local associations and professional working committees to mobilize the strength of universities, enterprises, social organizations and training institutions, and appropriately carry out face-to-face training activities with practical results and various forms.

Associations and professional working committees at all levels organize academic conferences, professional forums, standard construction, compilation of works and other forms of activities to provide effective proof for the first-class cost engineers who participate in the activities.
How do cost engineers continue to educate registered cost engineers? During each registration period, they should receive 60 hours of continuing education in compulsory courses and elective courses. Provincial and departmental management institutions shall, in accordance with the requirements of completing 30 hours of compulsory courses and 30 hours of elective courses every two years, organize registered cost engineers to participate in the prescribed forms of continuing education and learning.
The compulsory course of continuing education is mainly based on the learning content determined by China Price Association and the training materials compiled, and the provincial and departmental management institutions can supplement the learning content appropriately; The study contents and training materials of elective courses shall be determined by the provincial and departmental management institutions themselves, and reported to the China Price Association for the record in advance.
