Huaizhou, Liang Wudi, ruled Huaiyin City (now Huai 'an City). Northern Wei led Huaiyin, Yang Shan, Yangping and Xuyi counties. In the seventh year of Tianbao in the Northern Qi Dynasty (556), he moved to Huai 'en County (now southeast of Huai 'an City) and took charge of Huaiyin, Yang Shan, Yangping, Xuyi and Dongguan. Chen Shi, changed to Shouzhang County, is still under the jurisdiction of Huaizhou.
