According to the above responsibilities, the Municipal Education Bureau has 7 internal organs:
(1) office
Responsible for messages, confidential information, security, confidentiality, letters and visits; Responsible for the coordination and supervision of the daily work of the organs; Undertake the work of government affairs openness, e-government, press release, etc.
(2) Organizing the Personnel Section
Responsible for personnel management, organization establishment, education and training of organs and directly affiliated units; Responsible for the service management of retirees of organs and directly affiliated units; Responsible for the employment guidance of normal graduates in the city.
(3) Publicity and Education Section
To guide the party's ideological and political work, propaganda and civilization creation in directly affiliated units, and to guide the moral education in schools; Assist party member in education and do a good job in the study and counseling of the Central Group of the Party Committee; Responsible for the United front and Taiwan work; Do a good job in the information work of educational metropolitan area network.
(4) Planning Finance and Infrastructure Maintenance Section
The preparation of the city level education surcharge and local education surcharge special funds use plan; Responsible for state-owned assets, budget and final accounts, financial management and internal audit of directly affiliated units; Funds for participating in the compulsory education guarantee mechanism.
Special funds for management education; To compile statistics on the city's education funds, vocational education and basic education; Guide the capital construction of primary and secondary school buildings and the renovation of dangerous buildings in the city.
(5) Basic Education Section
Comprehensively manage and guide the city's basic education work, formulate policies to promote the balanced development of compulsory education, and put forward policies and measures to ensure all kinds of students to receive compulsory education equally; Formulate standards for running compulsory education in conjunction with relevant parties, standardize the behavior of running compulsory education schools, and promote teaching reform; Guide the city's primary and secondary school health, health and national defense education.
(6) Vocational and Adult Education Division (Administrative Licensing Service Division)
To guide the education and teaching of vocational schools; Responsible for the enrollment management of vocational schools and adult schools; Guide the city's "literacy" work; Organizing the examination for colleges and universities to recruit graduates from secondary vocational schools; Implement the continuing education of primary and secondary school teachers in the city; To guide the county and district private education; To guide the financial assistance for poor students in secondary vocational schools.
Responsible for directly handling administrative examination and approval matters within the scope of responsibilities of the department; Coordinate and deal with related problems in the operation of administrative examination and approval projects of this department.
(7) Policy and Regulation Section
Responsible for the strategic research of the city's education reform and development and the policy research on major issues; To study and formulate policies and regulations on sex education in the whole city; To undertake the legal construction and administration according to law of the city's education system; To undertake the legality review of relevant normative documents of this organ, and undertake relevant administrative reconsideration and administrative litigation.
